THE ROLE

We need a marketing operations professional to own the machinery behind our outbound and nurture campaigns. That means building dashboards, keeping HubSpot clean and reporting correctly, running Amplemarket sequences, managing LinkedIn outreach operations, and ensuring the channels that sit between first click and closed deal are actually functioning. We are building the foundation right — not the most complex version — and we want someone who can set it up cleanly and run it reliably.

If you are organized, systematic, and love the operational side of marketing — making sure the right messages are getting to the right people through the right channels — this is your role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and marketing reporting
  • Manage email marketing delivery and campaign operations via HubSpot
  • Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Amplemarket
  • Manage text marketing outreach sequences
  • Build and launch personalized marketing funnels and email nurture sequences
  • Keep outbound and nurture channels organized, performing, and reporting accurately
  • Serve as the operational backbone for campaigns the content and advertising teams create

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Solid HubSpot experience — dashboards, campaign management, and reporting (not just basic usage)
  • Experience with Amplemarket or comparable sales/marketing automation tools (Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you set things up cleanly and maintain them without constant oversight
  • Comfortable managing multiple channels concurrently without dropping anything
  • B2B marketing operations background is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn campaign strategy and outreach sequencing

ENGAGEMENT

This role starts at approximately 3-5 hours per week.

We are looking for someone to build the foundation correctly, then maintain and improve it over time.

THE ROLE

We need a precise, experienced hands-on media buyer to own the day-to-day execution of our Meta and Google ad accounts. This is a focused, tactical role: campaign structure, budget management, creative loading, performance monitoring, and reporting. You will use Blueprint’s own platform to track and surface performance data — and you will participate in strategy conversations so the team can move quickly on what’s working.

This is not a generalist marketing role. We are looking for a specialist who knows Meta and Google deeply, manages campaigns with clean discipline, and understands why performance looks the way it does — not just what the numbers say.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage Meta and Google ad accounts on a regular, ongoing basis
  • Launch new campaigns, load creatives into platforms, and maintain campaign structure
  • Adjust budgets up and down based on performance signals
  • Monitor campaign performance tightly and flag issues or opportunities early
  • Propose and implement ad account and campaign structures
  • Report on performance using Blueprint’s platform
  • Participate in advertising strategy discussions with the broader team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta and Google campaign management — not oversight, actual execution
  • Understands buyer psychology: you can connect performance signals to message quality, not just platform mechanics

THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled creative producer who can physically make the visual assets that power Blueprint’s paid media campaigns. This means static image ads, video creatives, UGC-style content, actor-driven videos, and VSLs (video sales letters). You will work from scripts and concepts developed by our Advertiser and Content Writer, turning ideas into production-ready assets that are QA’d and launch-ready.

Speed and quality matter equally here. We need a producer who can turn things around fast without cutting corners, and who can manage external resources when additional production capacity is needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Physically produce static image creatives for Meta and Google paid campaigns
  • Produce video creatives including UGC-style videos and actor-driven ad content
  • Produce VSL (video sales letter) content from scripts provided by the advertising team
  • QA all creatives before handoff to the Digital Media Buyer for platform launch
  • Package and deliver production-ready assets with fast turnaround
  • Coordinate with external production teams and contractors when additional capacity is needed
  • Maintain an organized creative production pipeline across multiple concurrent projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Hands-on creative producer — you physically make things, you don’t just manage people who do
  • Experience producing paid social ad creatives, particularly for Meta
  • VSL production experience is a strong differentiator
  • Video editing fluency — comfortable working with raw footage, scripts, and b-roll
  • Fast without sacrificing quality — you understand that speed of iteration wins in performance marketing
  • Experience managing or coordinating outsourced production resources is a plus
  • AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) experience is a bonus

This engagement starts on a per-project basis.

Strong producers who deliver consistently will transition to a recurring retainer as creative volume scales.

We need a writing-first, AI-native content professional to own the written word across every touchpoint in our marketing funnel — and to build the AI-powered content infrastructure that lets us scale it. This is not a traditional content role. You will write across the full funnel (ads, landing pages, email, website, and more), and you will also be the person who builds and owns Blueprint’s GPT/LLM knowledge base: training it on our brand, voice, and ICP so our content engine can run at real speed.

If you write clean, persuasive, fast-moving copy — and you think about AI tools as force multipliers rather than crutches — this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Write copy across every stage of the funnel: ad copy, landing pages, conversion pages, thank-you pages, website copy, email sequences, and lead magnets
  • Build and own Blueprint’s LLM/GPT knowledge base — train it on our brand voice, product, customer psychology, and ICP
  • Use AI (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate and scale content output rather than writing everything from scratch manually
  • Work closely with the Advertiser to turn campaign concepts into sharp written assets ready for production
  • Write email marketing copy — both traffic-driving sequences and nurture content for prospects in the funnel
  • Help define copy variations and messaging angles for new creative tests

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop campaign concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks that connect with our ideal customer

  • Research competitors, the market, and online trends to surface what’s working and where the opportunities are
  • Define campaign strategy, naming, and overall concept — then launch, test, and iterate on a fast cadence
  • Bring a fresh set of ideas to market regularly (every 1–3 weeks) and keep the testing engine moving
  • Work one-on-one with our founder to shape Blueprint’s advertising voice and creative direction
  • Translate ad performance signals and market feedback into the next generation of creative

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep understanding of buyer psychology — you know why ads work, not just whether they do
  • Proven track record concepting and writing high-converting direct-response campaigns
